Business Advertising and Subscription Terms
Business Advertising and Subscription Terms — Magnolia Canine Social
Version: 1.0 · Effective date: November 14, 2026 · Approved: 2026-11-01 Operated by: Magnolia Canine Co. LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as Magnolia Canine Social ("Magnolia," "we," "us").
1. Who these Terms cover
These Terms supplement our Terms of Service for businesses that purchase advertising on Magnolia ("Advertiser," "you"). They are part of your agreement with Magnolia Canine Co. LLC. Dog-owner membership is free and is not covered by any payment terms.
2. Advertising plans and prices
All amounts are in U.S. dollars. Prices are set by Magnolia and shown at checkout before you pay.
| Plan | Price | Billing | Renewal | Currently shown on public pricing | |---|---|---|---|---| | Launch Partner | US$19.99 per month | Monthly, for 12 monthly billing cycles | Automatic renewal is off. The plan ends after 12 confirmed monthly payments and does not convert to another plan. | Yes | | Standard Advertising | US$29.99 per month | Monthly | Renews automatically each month until cancelled. | No — available to existing and invited advertisers, and selectable from the business dashboard | | 7-Day Advertisement | US$19.99 one-time | Single payment | Does not renew. Runs 7 days from confirmed payment. | No — available to existing and invited advertisers, and selectable from the business dashboard |
Launch Partner, precisely. Launch Partner is an introductory rate of US$19.99 per month for twelve monthly billing cycles counted from your first confirmed payment. Automatic renewal is disabled on this plan. After the twelfth confirmed monthly payment the plan ends; advertising stops and no further charge is made. You are not automatically moved to Standard Advertising and you are not charged US$29.99 unless you separately purchase that plan.
Standard Advertising. US$29.99 per month, renewing automatically each month until you cancel.
7-Day Advertisement. A single US$19.99 payment for seven days of advertising, starting when the payment provider confirms your payment. It does not renew and cannot be extended automatically.
We may change prices for future billing cycles with reasonable notice. A price change does not alter the price of a billing period you have already paid for.
3. Payment authorization and processing
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Base44 Payments (powered by Wix). Your card details are entered on the provider's checkout page; we do not receive or store full card details.
By purchasing a monthly plan you authorize recurring charges of the stated amount each month for that plan, until the plan ends or you cancel. For Launch Partner, that authorization covers the twelve monthly cycles described above and no more.
You must be the authorized representative of the business account and at least 18 years old to purchase advertising. We may refuse or reverse a purchase where payment cannot be verified.
4. Activation
Advertising activates only after the payment provider confirms your payment — never at signup, account creation, checkout creation, or profile completion. We verify the confirmed amount and currency against the plan you purchased; an unconfirmed, pending, mismatched, or failed payment never activates advertising.
For monthly plans, advertising runs through the current paid cycle and is extended each time a renewal payment is confirmed. If a renewal is not confirmed, advertising lapses when the paid-through date passes. We do not keep advertising running on an unpaid plan.
For the 7-Day Advertisement, advertising ends automatically seven days after the confirmed payment.
5. Cancelling and how it takes effect
You can cancel from the billing panel in your business dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals. How it affects already-paid time depends on the plan:
- Standard Advertising: cancelling turns off renewal. Your advertising continues until the end of the paid-through period you have already paid for, and then stops. Already-paid time is not cut short.
- Launch Partner: cancelling stops future billing, including any remaining scheduled monthly cycles, and your advertising remains active through the end of your current paid billing period. No additional billing cycles begin after cancellation, and you are not moved to another plan.
- 7-Day Advertisement: a one-time purchase with nothing to cancel; it simply runs for its seven days.
We confirm what the payment provider actually did, and your dashboard reflects the resulting advertising end date.
6. Refunds, credits, and billing disputes
Duplicate and erroneous charges. If you believe a charge is duplicated, or was taken in an amount that does not match the plan you purchased, contact us through the Contact page or the business dashboard and we will review it. Where we verify that a charge was duplicated or erroneous, we will correct it, ordinarily by refunding the affected amount to the original payment method.
Paid advertising not delivered. If paid advertising is not delivered because of a confirmed failure on our side — for example a confirmed service failure affecting delivery, or our discontinuation of a plan you have paid for — the affected time may qualify for an appropriate prorated refund or account credit, calculated for the portion of the paid period that was not delivered.
Cancellation. Cancelling stops future billing as described in Section 5, and preserves the paid-through advertising period you have already paid for where the plan supports it. Cancellation alone does not automatically result in a refund of amounts already charged for a billing period that has begun.
Account credits. A credit we issue is applied to future advertising on the same business account, is not transferable, and has no cash value unless we state otherwise.
Your legal and payment-dispute rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, credit, chargeback, or other right you have under applicable law, including consumer-protection law, or under your card issuer's rules. Where a refund is required by applicable law, we will issue it to the original payment method. If you dispute a charge with your card issuer instead of contacting us, we may pause or suspend the advertising while the dispute is open, and we may ask the payment provider to review the subscription.
Approved refunds and credits are issued to the original payment method or account; these Terms do not create any automatic refund entitlement.
7. Advertising eligibility and content standards
Advertising is available to business accounts that maintain accurate business information in their profile.
All advertising content must:
- comply with our Community Guidelines and these Terms;
- be accurate and not misleading, including claims about products, services, availability, hours, and prices;
- honor the offers and prices it publishes, for the period stated;
- contain no adult content, no unlawful products or services, no content harmful to animals, no discriminatory content, and no malware or deceptive links; and
- hold any licence or permission its content requires, including rights to images, logos, and text.
Ads appear inside the members-only feed. Presentation, frequency, and placement are determined by Magnolia.
8. Business responsibility
You are responsible for your business profile, your advertisements, events, offers, and all activity on your business account, and for the products and services you advertise. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including advertising, consumer-protection, licensing, and animal-welfare requirements.
Magnolia does not verify your business, your claims, your licences, or your products. Paid advertising is not an endorsement, certification, verification, or recommendation by Magnolia, and does not create a partnership, agency, or joint venture.
9. Advertising performance
Business accounts receive aggregate performance totals for their own advertisements — impressions and clicks, deduplicated per member viewer so a single member cannot inflate them. These totals are provided for your information.
We do not guarantee any particular reach, placement, frequency, click-through rate, conversion, sales result, or return on spend. Totals are counts of events in our systems, not an audit of human attention, and they are not a forecast.
10. Removal, suspension, and termination
We may reject, remove, or restrict an advertisement, and may suspend or terminate a business account's advertising, if:
- the content or the business violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law;
- a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed;
- we are required to do so by law or by a platform or payment provider requirement; or
- keeping the advertising live would expose members, animals, or Magnolia to risk.
Where practical we tell you why. Removing advertising does not by itself cancel a subscription or entitle you to a refund; where we remove advertising for a reason that is not your fault, we will discuss an appropriate adjustment with you. Deleting a business account and cancelling a subscription are separate actions (Section 12).
11. Service availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue advertising features, formats, or placement, and may perform maintenance that interrupts advertising delivery. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery.
If we discontinue a plan you have paid for before its paid period is delivered, we will prorate or refund the undelivered portion.
12. Account deletion and subscriptions
Deleting a business account does not cancel a subscription or trigger a refund automatically. If you have an active paid subscription, we contact you before account data is removed, and the request is held for billing review while that is resolved. Billing and payment records are retained as financial records after account deletion, as described in our Account Deletion Policy.
13. Purchases in the mobile apps
Advertising purchases are currently completed through our checkout page. Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are subject to the applicable app store's payment policies, and the store-specific purchase flow is still being finalized. Where a purchase is completed through an app store's payment system, that store's terms also apply, and these Terms apply to the advertising itself.
14. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase other than taxes on Magnolia's own income, except where the payment provider collects and remits them on our behalf.
15. Contact
